Counting Down to the 2019 Hall of Fame Road Tour!

Goodguys is hitting the road again for the 2019 Hall of Fame Road Tour!

Every year as autumn approaches, Goodguys embarks on a cross-country trek celebrating the mantra of our founder, Gary Meadors: “Ya Gotta Drive ’Em!” The destination is always the same – the Summit Racing Lone Star Nationals in Fort Worth, Texas – but each year we find a new starting point and route that allows us to visit new sights and stops along the way. As we prepare to embark on this year’s tours (more on that in a minute) on September 20, we thought it would be good to look back at some of the fun we had last year.

For the first time in 2019, the Hall of Fame Road Tour is expanding to take two routes – an East Tour and a West Tour! The West Tour will depart from Goodguys headquarters in Pleasanton, California, winding its way down the West Coast, through Las Vegas, visiting the Grand Canyon, and across the Southwest on its way to Texas. The East Tour kicks off in Detroit and will visit some great stops and sights in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee and Arkansas.

Stay tuned to Goodguys social media for updates and highlights on both tours starting this Friday, plus a full recap online and in the Goodguys Gazette after the tour is done. Then start making plans to join us next year as we keep cruisin’ on the 2020 Hall of Fame Road Tour!
