New or Old – Find Parts for your Ride at Goodguys’ Spring Nationals event this Weekend!

Spring is here and the great thaw is underway. This weekend, Goodguys 11th FiTech Spring Nationals kicks off in Scottsdale and as usual, it will be a big show with something for everyone. Along with the best hot rods, customs, and muscle cars from all over the Southwest, Goodguys will have over 80 vendors and one of the biggest Swap Meets and Cars 4 Sale Corral events in the country.

There is nothing like seeing new gear in real time. Not only will you be able to peruse the latest and greatest parts from the best in the business, but representatives will also be there to troubleshoot and strategize your project. You can also take advantage of the benefits that some vendors offer with “show specials”, no shipping fees, and instant satisfaction of potentially leaving the event with product in-hand and ready to be installed. And if you’re looking for a cool place to chill out during the weekend, the big tent with indoor vendors will be air conditioned for the first time as a new upgrade to the WestWorld facility!

Looking for that hard to find part, memorabilia, or service manual? The Scottsdale event has one of the biggest and best attended swap meets drawing people from six surrounding states. We had a chance to talk with Bob Kerkel, the maestro of the Swap Meet and Cars 4 Sale corral, and he filled us in on the details of this big kahuna event.

“The swap meet in Scottsdale is significant because it is connected to a national Goodguys event. Because of that, it’s developed a reputation as the place to be if you’re looking for something hard to find. Sellers here are very knowledgeable and attend the show from daylight to darkness each day. Buyers are eager to attend as they have a particularly good chance of finding what they’re looking for.”

If you’re looking to buy or sell a car, Bob continues, “The guys that bring their cars to the Cars 4 Sale event aren’t just looking to get a suntan. They have title in hand and do not want to go home with what they brought. Buyers come with cash in pocket and are ready to buy. The selection of cars available never ceases to amaze me.”
