Friday First Look! Goodguys 23rd Southwest Nationals

Goodguys is winding down 2020 the best way we know how – by getting cool cars and great people together at WestWord of Scottsdale for the 23rd Speedway Motors Southwest Nationals presented by Barrett-Jackson! There’s no question this year has been challenging for all of us, which is all the more reason to share some Goodguys Good Times in Arizona to wrap up the season.

There’s no shortage of automotive eye candy here, highlighted by the Goodguys Top Seven Of The Year winners showcased just outside the main vendor tent. These are the best of the best from 2020, and we’ve got them shining in the sun here in Scottsdale! They’re resting on RaceDeck flooring, have a Meguiar’s car care pack to stay clean, and are using Hot Rod Halo systems for protection, allowing participants and spectators to get a close look at the amazing design and detail.

There’s one more spot left in the Of the Year lineup, as the FAST AutoCrosser of the Year will be determined tomorrow with the winner of the Duel in the Desert. The on-track action has already been hot and heavy as racers vie to make the 32-car field. They’ll leave it all on the track tomorrow. Will back-to-back winner Scott Fraser make it a three-peat in Bruce Cambern’s Cobra, or will another hot shoe find a way to top him? Stay tuned to find out!

We’re having fun in the Scottsdale sun and there’s a full complement of vendors on-site showcasing the best parts and products in the industry. As usual, the swap meet is jam-packed with good deals and cool finds, while the WestWorld grounds are shining with thousands of fine rides. We’re sending off the season in style and can’t wait to show you more great scenes from a fantastic weekend here in Arizona!
