RaceDeck Fix My Garage, Jamall Cotright

Update – RaceDeck “Fix My Garage” Contest Winner Announced!

Update – April 30, 2021 – Unfortunately time has run out for Jamall Cotright to claim his prize package for the RaceDeck “Fix My Garage” contest. The “Fix My Garage” official rules stated that Jamall had seven (7) days from the day of notification (April 23, 2021) to claim his prize and after multiple contact efforts from Goodguys, there has been no response. So it was back to the randomizer to draw another name and this time Alex Gardner of Savannah, GA was chosen as the second-chance winner. It looks like Alex has a couple Blazer projects brewing down in Georgia – this prize pack looks like it will be put to good use! Congratulations, Alex!

Alex Gardner, RaceDeck Fix My Garage Contest

For the past two weeks Goodguys and RaceDeck have been running the “Fix My Garage” contest for one lucky winner to get the ultimate garage makeover. The grand prize was 20’x20’ (2-car garage) of RaceDeck garage flooring chosen by the winner in one of four styles (FreeFlow, RaceDeck Diamond, CircleTrac, or FreeFlow XLc).

The contest kicked off on April 5, 2021 and ran through April 16, 2021. To enter, users were asked to upload a photo of their garage and comment on why they needed the ultimate garage makeover. In total over 2,000 submissions were made and we saw a ton of cool garages with some rad rides parked inside!

To sweeten the deal, and in addition to winning RaceDeck garage flooring, companies like Summit Racing, Griot’s Garage, Optima Batteries, Holley, and Goodguys added to the grand prize package with more garage goods like a toolbox, car care products, organization units, metal signs, a batter charger, workbench stool, and more! The total value was listed at over $3,500 dollars!

Goodguys combed through the entries, removed any duplicate or false submissions, and selected one name at random to win the “Fix My Garage” ultimate prize package. We’re here to announce and congratulate Jamall Cotright of California for having his name drawn and being the randomly selected winner! He has been contacted and now has 7 days to claim his prize. Hey Jamall, your ’68 Camaro is going to look gooood sitting on some new RaceDeck flooring!

Jamall has been contacted and has until Thursday April 29, 2021 at 12pm (Noon) PST to officially claim the “Fix My Garage” prize package.

A lifelong car kid, Steven grew up around drag strips – his name may sound familiar because his grandfather is Bob Bunker, a Pro Mod pioneer who piloted the “Folsom Flash” ’55 Chevy from the ’70s through the ’90s. Steven’s father, Bob Bunker Jr., heads up Bunker Motorsports and is a regular in the West Coast racing scene, building chassis and race cars for more than 30 years. With genetics like that, it’s no wonder Steven has a passion for both cars and motorsports. In addition to helping his father and honing his fabrication skills at Bunker Motorsports, Steven began shooting photos at the drag strip and capturing the action with his Canon camera. He is now artfully crafting stories around the awesome machines at the shows, as well as the men and women behind them. When he's is not on the road covering events, he spends his downtime out on the water fishing, building his 1962 Chevy Nova, or cruising his 1987 GMC Suburban.
